BRYAN WANG

Chief Financial Officer
Bryan is a result-oriented Chief Financial Officer with in-depth knowledge in all aspects of business including accounting, finance, investor relations, IT, human resources, and legal. He is experienced in a variety of financial transactions including debt offerings, raising capital, M&A, and public offerings. Prior to joining Solopower  Systems, Bryan held executive positions at SVTC Solar, VentureTech Alliance (venture capital affiliate of TSMC), GetThere, Inc. and Price Waterhouse.  Brian brings international, VC and public company experience combined with in-depth knowledge regarding solar and semiconductor manufacturing. Bryan qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and also holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD.

JULIAN BIGGS, Esq.

Secretary and Chief Legal Officer
Julian Biggs has been chief legal officer & corporate secretary for the Solopower™ project since 2012, having previously held legal and/or executive positions in industries ranging from cloud-computing, financial services and entertainment, at companies such as Visa USA and Mistsubishi Trust. Julian is also an accomplished trial lawyer and appellate advocate, having received his law degree from UC Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law, and his litigation experience at one of the nation’s pre-eminent law firms.
