Photovoltaic cells and modules are fabricated using Copper-Indium-Gallium-Selenide (CIGS) and a proprietary and innovative electrochemical process. The SoloPower device is built on a thin, flexible foil substrate in a high throughput, roll-to-roll process. SoloPower’s unique electrochemistry-based CIGS technology enables production of highly efficient solar cells at a fraction of the cost of traditional silicon-based solar technologies and alternative CIGS solar cell manufacturing techniques.
